This 13-week course in the Langara College Library & Information Technology Program provides a survey of key sources, tools and information systems used within specialized subject areas and library environments (or sectors). The special topics in this course deal specifically with understanding business, legal and medical sources of information. For each topic area, students will explore and use key sources of information.

  • Become acquainted with online sources of information in business
