"...[this book] brings together widely scattered information on health measurement techniques; a practical reference guide by Ian McDowell ... it helps readers choose, administer, and score available questionnaires & rating scales. Reviewing 50 measurement instruments, it describes their purpose and conceptual basis, reliability and validity, and shows a copy of the scale." see free PDF Are you interested in contributing to HLWIKI International – hlwiki.ca? contact: dean.giustini@ubc.ca

- consider adding French equivalents e.g., "ile du prince edouard" and "colombie britanique" OR "colombie britannique"
Tip
- These were created to be exhaustive, so non-Canadian info will get retrieved, but that’s just a fact of life when one needs to be exhaustive.
- It may seem redundant to have to search .af. and the other fields but I found that .af. doesn’t really cover ‘all fields’, e.g. if I search canada.in. in one set and then search canada.af. in another set and OR the two sets together, I get a greater number than what’s in the canada.af. set.
