Associations, in this wiki, refers to associations and professional organizations relevant to health librarianship. In Canada, health librarians typically belong to CHLA/ABSC (Canada) and individual chapters across the country. Health library associations are critical sources of networking and information. Two formal outlets for health librarians to seek understanding of their professional practices are the various published journals such as the Canadian JCHLA/JABSC and the American JMLA. However, health librarians in other jurisdictions in the United Kingdom, Australia and Europe also publish their own professional journals, and they are worth a close look.
